Space for You
We come to counselling for a variety of reasons and to achieve many different things. There are times for all of us when we feel we have lost our way and how we are feeling, thinking and behaving perhaps isn’t what we want or doesn’t make sense.
Having someone professional to talk to and work together with can help us understand ourselves and what is happening in our worlds so that we can embrace the next stage of our lives, whatever that may be.
Space for you counselling offers you a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment where you can think about and explore the feelings, challenges and issues that you are experiencing; a space for you in your life where you will be really listened to and accepted.
Making the decision to come to therapy can be difficult and I am available to support you with this in confidence over the phone or please email me and I will contact you to book an introductory session where we can meet and discuss your needs.
I work with clients on short, medium or long term basis and can be available in the evenings and at weekends.
